At MarriagesBiodata, we strive to provide high-quality services and designs for creating marriage biodata profiles. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any purchase.
Digital Products & Services
- Since we provide digital products (such as biodata templates, designs, and downloads), all sales are considered final.
- Once a template or service is purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- If you are charged multiple times due to a technical error.
- If you are unable to access the purchased service because of an issue from our side.
- In such cases, you must contact us within 7 working days of the transaction, providing payment details and proof.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect information entered by the user.
- Dissatisfaction with a template/design after download (as previews are available before purchase).
- Failure to use or download the service/product due to user’s device/browser issues.
Order Cancellation
- Once payment is made and the digital product is delivered or available for download, cancellation is not possible.
- For premium/custom services, cancellation requests can only be accepted before the design work has started.
Refund Process
- If your case qualifies for a refund, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- The exact duration may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
